Kollman Label and Packaging Group has completed its purchase of Prime Graphics Inc., a Wood Dale, Ill.-based packaging and label converter serving the food, beverage, personal care, medical and private label markets. Formed in 2008, Kollman Label and Packaging Group says it seeks to bring together unique, medium-sized companies in the labeling and packaging industry. Its companies then jointly market their products and services to the North American food, beverage, pharmaceutical and personal care spaces.
