The TrimPAC Velocity trim system collects uncut, continuous trim from die cutters, slitters or other presses and deposits it in an easy-to-empty container. This fully automated trim handling system includes a PAC venturi fan, wye, flex hose, motor starter and up to two pickups to capture waste. Pre-engineered as a complete system, the TrimPAC Velocity comes at a lower initial cost than traditional cutter/fan systems and can help improve production speed, plant safety and cleanliness. Convey tubing, relief heads, a rolling mobility package and other customization options are available.
