The Sysmetric dosing system has an accuracy of .03 percent, with single-load-cell batching and vertical cascade blending to achieve material consistency throughout production runs. Clean up is simple, with single component removal while operating. Sysmetric line control directs the ratio between the extruder capacity and the take-off speed, resulting in gauge control with as little as .03 percent variation and an average increase in output of 10 - 15 percent. The Sysmetric line control includes the PLC and can be installed with simple wiring.
