The modular C1 ProGlide from the Comco line of equipment can accommodate material from 0.5-millimeter film to 24-point board. The system has an interchangeable screen and hot foil cassettes to give converters the flexibility of value-added graphics at any stage, along with enhanced drying and curing systems support production speeds up to 750 feet per minute. Servo drive implementation provides more stable and significant registration performance on even the thinnest films, and the chill roll design allows for a higher concentration of heat or ultraviolet (UV) curing.
