The new top-coated version of LSH Materials’ Cothene monolayered polyolefin film offers an alterative to vinyl and other films in various markets, especially the health and beauty market. The water-based top coat provides superior ink adhesion and greater rub resistance which allows converters to deliver more vibrant and durable graphics. The film is available in 2 to 6 mils in width up to 61 inches, and can be supplied corona treated on one or both sides to a minimum dyne level of 40. The proprietary aqueous top coat is formulated to print using flexo, offset and gravure print processes.
