Surface treatment solution generates many effects

The Calvasol system, an aerosol misting device that works in conjunction with corona treatment, allows users to easily change the surface chemistry of film and accomplish any number of effects, including static elimination, surface preparation for UV coatings, long term adhesive qualities and elimination of fogging. The unit can easily be added to existing lines or included as part of the manufacturer’s corona system. The treatment’s effect is immediate as the process does not require blending of compounds, eliminating migration between film layers. The process supports a range of film thicknesses to increase profit margins and reduce film and coating costs.
