The CT60D+Q stand-up pouch machine features quad-seal technology thanks to a new unwind and forming section. An upgrade to the CT60D line, existing and entry-level converters can take advantage of the quad-seal format in addition to three-side seal and SUP formats in one or more lanes. The new, powered unwind unit has an increased film width capacity of 1,600 millimeters (55.12 inches) and gusset web hole punching is done in continuous motion, allowing for greater accuracy at high speed. The CT60D+Q can generate up to 125 pouches per minute.
