Paralign service uses a handheld device to quickly and accurately measure the parallelism of rollers. To perform a measurement, the Paralign device is put on the roller and moved over its surface a short distance. The system is then able to determine the relative position of one roller to another roller or any other reference point. Data is then wirelessly transferred to a laptop for analysis and conversion into correction values for follow-up action.
