The new compact, gearless F4 FLEXOEfficiency is designed to be accessible, flexible and efficient. The press features eight printing decks that are horizontally mounted in the central drum, grids that can be easily moved aside, and a Teflon-coated doctor blade chamber support that can be removed without having to disconnect the inking system lines. In order to maintain flexibility, the F4 can also print with solvent-based inks, water-based inks or curable EB or UV inks, reducing the carbon footprint. The 8-color press accommodates webs up to 34 inches wide and can print at speeds of 1,000 feet per minute.
