Brampton Engineering Announces New Leadership in Blown Film Innovation

Brampton Engineering (BE), the world leader in blown film innovation, has named Peter Plows as president and CEO of its worldwide operations. Plows will take the reigns of an exemplary leadership team at BE that has grown the company over the past 35 years into a leader in custom blown film technology.

Plows, a Canadian citizen, hails from the U.K. with an engineering degree in metallurgy and materials science. He has had a stellar management career directing the operations for a diverse array of global manufacturing companies including CFM Corporation, Webasto, and Atoma International, a subsidiary of Magna. He has extensive general management experience leading multinational companies across the globe.

Addressing the succession plan for the future of BE, Chairman David Sutin praises
Plows’ career achievements, “After an extensive executive search, the board of directors at BE chose the person who embodies the right combination of global vision, commitment to customer service and peerless quality that has made BE the expert of choice for the most sophisticated blown film lines in the industry.
