Plows, a Canadian citizen, hails from the U.K. with an engineering degree in metallurgy and materials science. He has had a stellar management career directing the operations for a diverse array of global manufacturing companies including CFM Corporation, Webasto, and Atoma International, a subsidiary of Magna. He has extensive general management experience leading multinational companies across the globe.
