Windmoeller & Hoelscher Corporation of Lincoln, R.I., is distinguished by a heritage of industrial innovation. Founded in 1869, its parent company, Windmoeller & Hoelscher of Lengerich, Germany, first established an international presence by automating the production of paper bags.
