The AST-100 offers simple in-line viscosity control of inks, coatings and adhesives and is available in single- and multi-station controllers. The unit is easy to install and maintain since it features no moving parts and offers a clean-in-place design. The AST-100 is designed for use with the AST-300SY single-station viscosity controller and AST-400SY multi-station viscosity controller to accurately measure and control viscosity. Additional features of the AST-300SY and AST-400SY include intuitive screen layout, viscosity trending, pump interlock, multi-level password protection and viscosity high/low alarms.
