Auto-indexing knife rotates core cutter knife, extends blade life
January 30, 2009
The Automated Indexing Knife for fixed knife cutters automatically rotates the core cutter knife, producing an increased number of clean cut cores with every knife. Based on a preset number of cuts, the unit automatically and precisely rotates the knife, not only extending the life of the blade but increasing operator safety. The new indexer can be retrofitted to existing Appleton core cutters or added to new models.
