A scanning varnish compound (#14147-17) for all UV-curable ink systems, including flexo, can be added to any UV curable ink and will enable that ink to have luminance under a black light. Developed in a proprietary manufacturing process, the scanning varnish compound is well-suited for pharmaceutical labels and other applications requiring a high quality security ink. In addition to the standard formulation, the scanning varnish can be customized to meet specific customer needs and criteria.
