New anilox roll cleaning system runs cleaner, more efficient
September 1, 2009
A new anilox roll cleaning system, available in on-press and off-press configurations, uses a special formulation of sodium bicarbonate. The blast media is gentle enough to be applied at high pressure to the anilox roll cell without damaging even the highest line count rolls, but is now more powerful, more user-friendly and features a low profile for easy use and storage. The horsepower has been increased, allowing for smoother operation, and the vacuum has been increased, making the process dust free.
