PLC-based touchscreen becomes standard on corona treaters
June 1, 2009
A new touchscreen, PLC-based interface saves converters and extruders time and money with installation while providing advanced corona treating process control. Standard pre-programmed options include watt density control, proportional speed control, station diagnostics and extensive fault logging. Customer-specified options include exhaust blower control and single button system start-up. Remarkably simple to install and use, the interface can connect to a remote control network through a variety of communication protocols.
