Film extrusion lines often employ a randomizing web guide to distribute gauge bands. An actuator oscillates in and out at a programmed speed and distance from a controller to vary the web position. The web randomizers come in widths up to 240 inches, and custom designs featuring options, such as tubular steel frames or an integral pedestal mounting base, can easily be added to existing lines. The units may be powder coated in any color.
