The Flexo Innovator is the first of a series of modular presses designed to develop the market between narrow and wide-web flexo presses to provide a flexible solution for converters who want the ability to help their customers consolidate their printing requirements. With print buyers wanting to consolidate their sources, and converters who are looking for new revenue streams, the Flexo Innovator is the ideal press to meet both goals. There are three Flexo Innovator press models with 900 mm, 1100 mm and 1300 mm web widths. Substrates that can be run include paper, paperboard, unsupported films, laminates, aluminum and others so that users can print a broad range of products at press speeds up to 400 m/min. Each unit is equipped with its own dryer and chill drum to ensure clean print and smooth running.
