Rogers Corporation introduces its broad range of R/bak PSA2 and SA 2000 product line of open-cell urethane mounting tapes for narrow and wide web applications. The R/bak PSA2 range consists of several rubber based adhesive tapes best used in printing applications that are susceptible to UV and elevated temperatures. Available in a variety of thicknesses, including .020 inches up to .080 inches, PSA2 offers the highest adhesion for consistent high quality solids and diminish dot gain for eliminating problem areas on press. The R/bak SA 2000 cushion mounting materials offer various compressibility levels to accommodate a full range of printing applications. The unique performance properties absorb shock better, which contributes to improved operating performance through faster startups, higher line speeds, and fewer press adjustments while still providing award-winning print results.
