Labelexpo Europe 2013 is set to return to Brussels Expo in Belgium from September 24-27. Now in its 32nd year, the biennial fair is widely regarded as the label industry's flagship event and is again supported by FINAT.
2013's show moves from its traditional Wednesday-to-Saturday slot following
careful visitor analysis and extensive consultation with exhibitors. As Roger
Pellow, Labelexpo managing director explains: "Having surveyed 2011's
exhibitors, 84 percent of them said they would prefer the show to be held during
the working week. Historic visitor figures support the move too; showing a
small decline then static visitor numbers on the Saturday, while the weekdays
have steadily experienced significantly increased footfall."
In total, 28,636 visitors from 118 countries attended 2011's show while it
attracted 550 exhibitors. The showcase opportunity for new press launches as
well as inks and substrates, The Labelexpo Global Series team anticipates the
2013 show growing beyond the six halls of floor space for the first time.
