Atlanta Nisseki CLAF, Inc announces corporate name change and new corporate logo reflecting the merger of its parent company Nippon Oil Corporation with Nippon Mining Holdings, Inc. to form one of the largest integrated energy, resources and materials business groups in the world JX Holdings, Inc.
JX Nippon ANCI Corp., with headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, will be the parent
company of both JX Nippon ANCI, Inc; headquartered in Kennesaw, Ga., as well as JX Nippon ANCI, S.A.S with
headquarters in Aix en Provence, France.
This new group structure allows for worldwide
sales of specialty nonwovens and composites to be supported by manufacturing
and warehousing in Asia, North America and Europe.
The new corporate name symbolizes the “X-Factor” in
specialty nonwovens and composites while utilizing the globally recognized ANCI
acronym to reflect our business of providing: Advanced New materials & Composite Innovations.
