Converting professionals from around the world congregated in the Las Vegas Convention Center hedging their bets on the economic recovery. Some 5,241, a record number of attendees to CPP EXPO Las Vegas, were preparing for their future business opportunities and saw the latest in converting machinery and materials on display.

“We’ve all felt the bumps and bruises of the economy over the last couple of years, but the attendees not only came out in high numbers, they came ready to buy,” says Leo Nadolske, President of CPP EXPOs.

“We have said for the last year or so that ‘sitting on the sidelines’ was not going to be business as usual and obviously the attendees agreed,” Nadolske stated.

CPP EXPO Las Vegas featured converting and package printing conference tracks attracting almost 200 attendees to the sessions which focused on finishing as well as green initiatives in converting.

The myth that everybody goes to Las Vegas and stays in the casino while no one goes to the convention center proved to be just that, a myth. For show photos and exhibitor testimonials please visit www.cppexpo.com for a taste of the latest success in Las Vegas.
