Kodak Company announces that its board of directors has elected Douglas Edwards
as a senior vice president of the company.
Edwards,
51, is president of the Digital Printing & Enterprise Group, a position to
which he was named when Kodak realigned its management last month. His
responsibilities include Packaging, Functional Printing, Electrophotographic
Solutions, Inkjet Printing Solutions, Kodak Service Business, Consumer Inkjet
Systems and Design 2 Launch. He reports to Kodak chairman and chief executive
officer Antonio M. Perez.
“Doug’s
