The PMMI membership elected three members to the PMMI Board of Directors, and the Board of Directors announced officers for 2012.

"Each of the members voted onto the Board today brings a unique perspective and direction, as well as invaluable input borne of experience actively participating in events and committees,” says Glenn Siegele, PMMI nominating committee chairman and president of Omega Design Corp.

Siegele confirms that the new Board members met PMMI’s bylaw requirement that the Board reflect the composition of the PMMI membership in terms of geography and company size. The new Board members' terms will begin January 1, 2012, and end December 31, 2015.

The PMMI membership elected the following individuals to a four-year Board term, from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015:

Jack Aguero (Re-Appointment), Vice President, Business Development & Marketing, Pro Mach, Inc. Pro Mach, Inc., is based in Loveland, Ohio. Jack Aguero currently serves on PMMI’s Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Business Intelligence Commmittee.

Timm L. Johnson, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery, Inc. Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery, Inc, is based in Sturtevant, Wisc. Timm L. Johnson currently serves as a member of the Education & Workforce Development Committee.

John Kowal (Inaugural Supplier Board Member), Market Development Manager, B&R Industrial Automation Corporation. B&R Industrial Automation is headquartered in Batavia, Ill. John Kowal is currently a member of the Global Marketing and Trade Show Strategy Committees.

At its meeting on November 7, the PMMI Board of Directors chose to have the current Executive Committee remain in place. The following officers will serve through December 31, 2012.
