The 2011 FPA Flexible Packaging Industry
Compensation Report, produced by the Flexible Packaging Association, is a key
benchmarking tool, which can be used by flexible packaging converters to
compare their wage and benefits practices of their company to that of other
companies in the flexible packaging industry. The Report provides industry data
on wage and benefits for both hourly and salaried flexible packaging industry
employees, in addition to average salary levels (company size, region, primary
manufacturing operation). Data provided in the Report is gathered through the
2011 Flexible Packaging Industry Compensation Survey, in which cross sections
of small, mid, large and very large FPA converter members participate. The
Report is only available to companies that participated in the survey.
