The FlexiPrint IMW E-Line chamber doctor blade system for mid- and narrow-web flexo presses ensures clean, even, foam-free transfer of solvent-, water- or UV inks directly into the anilox cells. Adjustable flow and pressure controls prevent contamination of the medium with air. Whether for film, carton or paper substrates, the system offers increased gloss values, consistent laydowns, efficient drying and high ink yields.  FlexiPrint IMW E-Line is suitable for anilox diameters between 64mm and 250mm, web-widths up to 1800mm and printing speeds up to 500m/min and has an ink volume of between 1.35l/m and 2.2l/m, depending on choice of chamber. At under 10kg, the system is compact, requires no tooling and offers fast changeover. Its patented fast-seal change system forms a perfect barrier at the chamber sides, minimizing risk of leakage. The E-Line doctor blade changing system included allows firm, uniform clamping without screws, so that blades can be exchanged safely in less than one minute.
