Arla Foods has reached an agreement with Austrian firm Schur Flexibles to sell Arla's packaging business Danapak Flexibles, in the company's efforts to get rid of businesses that are not directly associated with dairy production.
The acquisition, which is still awaiting approval by competition authorities, is expected to be complete by July 1.
