Schur Flexibles Group has acquired Cats-Hansel from the Clondalkin Group, a move that increases Schur’s status as a maker of premium packaging in the confectionary and tea markets.
Schur assumes control of three sites with the deal: Cats Flexible Packaging (Rotterdam, The Netherlands), Hansel Flexible Packaging (Freital, Germany) and Nimax B.V. (Elst, The Netherlands). About 135 employees work throughout the three locations.
