Retort and hot-fill spouted pouches manufactured by Mondi North America have successfully completed hermetic seal integrity tests conducted by The National Food Laboratory LLC, an independent testing organization.

A new flexible package custom designed for the needs of diverse consumer goods manufacturers is now available from Mondi North America.

Mondi in North America has increased its industrial bag manufacturing capacity in Mexico by approximately 50 million bags per year with the addition of a Windmoeller and Hoelscher 2379 in-line production line at its Chihuahua, Mexico plant and a Windmoeller and Hoelscher 2378 at its Tehuacan, Mexico plant.

A new patented flexible packaging product that incorporates advanced packaging films with a variety of spouts, closures and handles is now available from Mondi Americas.

Mondi Americas has increased its industrial bag manufacturing capacity in the U.S. by approximately 50 million bags per year with the addition of a Windmoeller and Hoelscher in-line production line at its at Romeoville, Ill., manufacturing plant.

Mondi Americas will bring its new retort and hot-fill pouch design and production capabilities online to the North American marketplace in December 2013.
